• Information you give us. Name, email, company, phone, budget range, project details and meeting preferences submitted through our inquiry, Medora booking and Scout Session forms.
• Account information. If you are a team member with camp access, your email and login credentials handled by our authentication provider.
• Basic technical data. Standard server and security logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.

• To answer your inquiry and schedule meetings you requested.
• To deliver and improve the services you hire us for.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
• To send you updates you asked to receive. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

This site uses only the storage needed to make it work: a preference for light or dark mode, and a secure session for signed-in team members. We do not run advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Clearing your browser storage removes these at any time.

Form submissions and account data are stored with our hosting and database provider on servers in the United States, protected by access controls that limit records to authorized ElkHorn team members. Maps on the site are served by OpenStreetMap, and embedded video may be served by YouTube; those providers see your IP address when their content loads.

We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete them. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to a particular use. Email hello@elkhornsolutions.ai and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws; we honor those requests without charging you or reducing your service.

This site is meant for business use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
